The Change Index

The Change Index is an employee survey which gauges whether the manner in which the organization is managing the critical success factors of change are resonating with the different groups of employees and company teams.  The Change Index takes the pulse of the organization during each phase in order to pin point what is working and what requires more attention.  The Change Index focuses on over 16 critical success factors for change including: leadership, governance, communication, strategic alignment and employee engagement.

The Trust Index

The third and final piece of ProcureVision’s formula for successful change is The Trust Index.  Trust among and between employees, stakeholders, and customers, is one of the most critical elements to help move your teams forward with change.  If employees feel that groups within and supporting the company, the Leaders and their team members “have their backs”, “listen to their concerns”, “want to help”, they are infinitely more likely to embrace change.  By accepting and being part of change, employees will make your transformation successful in a timely and more cost-efficient manner.  It’s a true win-win.  ​​
