Our Client
Client’s customers had limited visibility to auto claims made against client’s warranty products. Their claims processing group resolved issues manually resulting in a significant error rate and with an inability to scale.
Our Engagement
- Designed the portal with client input to capture functionality and usability
- Managed onshore and offshore resources in a turnkey effort
- Transitioned the portal to client following offshore testing and subsequent client acceptance

- Significantly improved client’s customers’ satisfaction due to real-time availability of all claims information
- Improved morale within client’s claims processing group due to reduced customer complaints
- Developed the ability to add functionality to the portal such as work order system for replacement parts to enable further efficiencies
